D thru F colored loose diamonds are considered colorless G thru J are recognized as close to colorless loose diamonds and K-M are loose diamonds that show some color. Loose Diamonds clarity is graded using a magnification of 10x power. In order to accurately grade a loose diamond you must consider two things, both the number of inclusions on the loose diamond and how noticeable they are to the naked eye. People will never be able to see imperfections with the naked eye that a loose diamonds jeweler sees when using a diamond loupe or microscope.
While still within the acceptable range this diamonds proportions does not fall within the range of an ideal or very good cut diamond.
